Personal Best Youth Camp Toronto Registration OPEN for kids ages 7 -14 Held July 3 – 13, 2007

Registration is still open to join this year’s hot new summer camp, PERSONAL BEST. We are hoping to have the camp profiled in some local media outlets so keep your eyes and ears open.

Designed by Cassandra’s former boxing trainer Garfield Watson, PERSONAL BEST is a camp created to give children a life-affirming experience. Cassandra is thrilled to be one of the co-facilitators, as she has been a huge supporter of the development of this youth camp. Omega Fitness, another partner in the camp, is a wellness and lifestyle company designed to meet the needs of the entire family. Together, we believe there is nothing you cannot achieve once your mind is set on greatness.

At Personal Best we will meet the needs of both children and parents by using fun, fitness, and mentoring to teach important life goals. Through the use of coaches, we will educate children on how to better themselves at school, at home, and with their peers so that they can make right choices. We will also teach children fitness, life skills and self-esteem through:

BOXING (RBX), YOGA, GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
SPORTS CONDITIONING, TEAM PLAY, SALSA DANCE
PROPHET COACHING: Exercises on Building Trust, Team Building, Communication, Values, Self Awareness and more
