How do you know if coaching is for you? The only way to answer that question is to try it. All it takes is 30 to 45 minutes of your time.
An initial, complimentary session costs you nothing, but gives you so much: you can experience coaching first-hand and see how valuable and helpful a coaching relationship can be.
Your first free session will determine your comfort level with your coach and with the coaching process. (It also allows your coach to decide if he or she is the best fit for you.) We encourage you to book with two or three of our associates. Each session is free. You are under no obligation to continue, but we're confident you'll want to.
