The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest not-for-profit professional association worldwide of personal and business coaches with more than 8,500 members with 132 chapters in 34 countries worldwide. ICF was founded in 1992 and originally incorporated as the National Association of Professional Coaches, Inc.

ICF–GTA Chapter: As one of the ten largest chapters worldwide, the ICF GTA Chapter is the voice of professional coaching in GTA and a recognized leader in the worldwide community of professional coaching. Cassandra was a board member for six years, 2000-2006 and sat as president for two years and past president for the last year.
