This comprehensive program takes advantage of the connections Prophet Coaching has with other certified and trained, experienced coaches. Through this program, you can bring a team of professionals into your business, either to work independently or to partner with your internal coaching resources. Because our coaches are external to your organization, they can offer you a fresh, objective perspective that will help managers at all levels of your business focus on action plans that align with corporate goals and initiatives.

We want to save you time and effort when it comes to coaching. We administer the whole program. With our roster of coaches, we can offer you and your managers flexibility: our coaches have a wide range of experience and specialties, ensuring that your people get the coaches they need, when they need them. Clients can change coaches at any time and, in fact, are encouraged to do so until they find the right fit.

Beyond coaching, we also offer you detailed data so you can track your return on investment. We usually co-design this with our Company contact.

• Conversations between coach and client are kept in the strictest of confidence, as our coaching ethics tell us. However, we can still track detailed data to gauge your ROI. We also regularly monitor feedback from both the coach and the client.

Benefit of Assessment Tools Combined with Coaching

Assessment tools are a valuable resource for employers making decisions about hiring and promotions. Several factors contribute to the failure of traditional hiring methods. Résumés often contain false claims of education and experience while omitting information that would help employers make better hiring decisions. Business references are of little value because most past-employers will tell you nothing but "name, rank and serial number."

These realities are the reason interviews have become the most influential factor in hiring and promotion decisions. However, experience shows only a coincidental correlation between the ability to deliver well in an interview and to deliver well on the job. Studies peg this correlation at 14% -- one good employee in every seven hires. Even background checks don't help much. The success rate becomes 26%, but that's only one good hire in every four. Unfortunately, many employers have accepted these poor results and the high cost of excessive turnover as a business reality. They have flown the white flag of surrender.

What are the requirements of our Associate Coaches?

At minimum, Prophet Coaching asks the following of its associates:

• trained by a recognized school
• certified by the school or the International Coach Federation (ICF), or in the process of being certified
• ICF member
• must show an affinity for giving back to their community through volunteer work
