Calendar and Commitments
As a certified coach I work with individuals who
are committed to themselves and to creating a life full of passion, purpose
and balance. It takes an investment of:
When you hire me you pay
a retainer fee.
The retainer gives you permission to access my support,
advice or expertise whenever you need.
Our coaching timetable
- Coaching takes the form of three structured coaching
phone conversations during the first three weeks of the month.
- The last week is optional and gives you the opportunity
to 'take time off' (imagine if work gave you a week off every month,
I know we would have more energy to be more productive and focused).
During this week you can choose to get caught up on homework, focus
on setting new goals, read an educational book, expand your self-care
time-whichever you choose. I will commit to my continued growth and
knowledge in learning new ways to bring more to our coaching calls.
Let's call it a week of self-growth.
- Sometimes you may want to keep our momentum -
we can arrange to continue our one to one calls.
Coaching also happens outside the call.
Throughout the month I encourage you to connect with
me if you:
- have something you would like to celebrate together
- need extra support or advice
- have an opportunity present itself that requires
some powerful coaching questions to help you better prepare and focus
We will set a time where we can connect for 10 minutes,
because life will show up mostly outside of our coaching calls. Also,
I may have some valuable resources or tips to send you to help you along
the way!
More benefits
Joining my coaching practice also gives you the special
privilege of participating in other activities, classes, groups and offers
that may be of interest to you. Most of these will be available to you,
on a complimentary basis, as one of my coaching clients.
Logistics of the coaching experience
You need:
- basic e-mail skills to keep in touch between sessions
- 30-45 minutes of uninterrupted time for each session
- to summarize for me what you learned, what was
of value, and what you will do as a result of the session - this summary
helps you retain and put into use the points we discuss in a session
You receive:
- pre-scheduled sessions per month and a week for
focus on self-growth
- additional calls when necessary, at a duration
of about ten minutes
- information, advice, support, collaboration, strategies,
continuous presence, energy, creativity, availability and partnership
- Welcome Package will assessments to help us get
started
- tools, assessments, resources and references within
my community
