I have taught myself my own leadership lessons through my many professional and volunteer roles. Mostly I think I've learned about true leadership through years of coaching others in their pursuit to their purpose and knowing that in each moment I am not only being a guide, coach, and teacher but also a student. A guiding principle is a basic understanding of something fundamental about the human condition; a statement that a particular behavior or phenomenon always occurs, a theory that consistently explains the facts. Guiding principles are like living, breathing things that adapt and grow over time as others test and explore them further.

Attraction Principles

What attracts people to you? People are attracted by someone who is able to respond immediately to a need or request. You can respond immediately when you have plenty of reserve in terms of time, money, space, love and opportunity. With reserve there is little or no risk to responding quickly because we can afford it. Having reserves, such that fear doesn’t block our immediate response, allows us to be quick learners. We can begin to change our thinking and behavior even before we totally understand the new things we’re learning, because the risk of experimenting or “acting as if” we understand, is minimized. Learning, evolving, building reserves – all of these eliminate costly delays in responding to others.

Coaching The Essence

Coaching the essence is coaching that is direct, succinct, and gives you additional clarity on major issues quickly. As a coach, I provide skills, intuition, instinct, insight, and trust in you to help you “get to the heart of the matter” in a very short period of time.

Coaching the essence rests in and grows from ‘coaching the essence’ of who you are.

Intuition as a Reliable Resource

Intuition is the human capacity to know something without the use of rational processes or concrete information. If you want to increase your intuition potential you will take self-care seriously. To be in tune with the unspoken and the obscure requires extreme self-care. Uncluttering your life and maintaining a healthy balance can increase your intuitive capacity. Living intuitively demands that you look after your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in an aggressive, no-nonsense manner.

Exploding the Myths and Expanding the Envelope

This module will challenge and inspire you to examine your personal foundation of beliefs and assumptions about being in business and what it means to be successful. The work is deeply personal, and sometimes emotional, as you learn to look inward for the secrets of success. Use an adrenaline assessment to eliminate stress, use an optimism assessment to cultivate optimism and learn the power of playing to your strengths.

What is a spiritual path?
A spiritual path is a way of saying that you are growing spiritually or developing the spiritual side of yourself. With the higher purpose that often comes with spirituality, contribution becomes popular and with the higher awareness and development, we see the best in others more often. Spirituality is a way of relating, and relating is healthy for all: when we're in touch with ourselves, we are more in touch with others. As people develop their spiritual side, they become more attractive to other people, and opportunities and results start coming to them.
