Getting Started

As a certified coach I work with individuals who are committed to themselves and to creating a life full of passion, purpose and balance. It takes an investment of:

• Time
• Money
• Energy

Joining my coaching practice also gives you the special privilege of participating in other activities, classes, groups and offers that may be of interest to you. Most of these will be available to you, on a complimentary basis, as one of my coaching clients.

How We Will Work Together

When you hire me you pay a retainer fee. The retainer gives you permission to access my support, advice or expertise whenever you need.

You need:

• 30-45 minutes of uninterrupted time for each phone coaching session
• To reflect on and summarize for me what you learned, what was of value, and what you will do as a result of the session - this summary helps you retain and put into use the points we discuss in a session.
• Basic e-mail skills to keep in touch between sessions

You receive:

• Pre-scheduled sessions per month and a week for focus on self-growth
• additional calls when necessary, at a duration of about ten minutes
• Information, advice, support, collaboration, strategies, continuous presence, energy, creativity, availability and partnership
• Welcome Package with assessments to help us get started
• Tools, resources and references within my community.

Getting the most out of our coaching:

The coaching process goes beyond phone sessions — it also involves the work you do between sessions. Learn how to stay on track and maximize the value of your coaching experience.

Throughout the month I encourage you to connect with me if you:

• Have something you would like to celebrate together
• Need extra support or advice
• Have an opportunity present itself that requires some powerful coaching questions to help you better prepare and focus

The purpose of a complimentary coaching call is:

• for you to experience first hand the benefits of coaching
• to help you identify where you are at right now with where you want to go
• for you to get a sense of my coaching style so you may determine whether coaching with me is your next best step
• for me to ensure that I am the best coach to support you or offer a referral to one of our associate coaches

Hiring a coach is much like hiring a personal trainer: when you meet with that trainer every week or even twice a week, they can better assess with you what is working and what is not, what shifts to make immediately ... people hire coaches so that they don't drift far off course before they make a change and so they can also learn how to recognize those shifts faster for themselves.
