In all of my coaching I place a special emphasis on developing a person’s creativity. As a very creative person myself, I have a deep appreciation for the value of artistic pursuits. I know that everyone has talents and creative impulses that can bring them a fuller, richer life. Whether it be a few lines of poetry, an abstract painting, dance or music, I can help people find a way to express themselves. It’s amazing how much life can change in a short time.
When I work with my clients I become more than just a coach. I mentor my clients and offer them a sounding board. I am a firm believer in the law of attraction and I work to instil in my clients the belief that positive thinking brings positive results.
I am not afraid to try something new if it helps someone find out more about themselves. I am known for using innovative, fun, and challenging activities and exercises to provide my clients with new ways of thinking and new approaches to overcoming obstacles.
