The advent of facsimiles, cellular phones, e-mail, the Internet, and personal computers over the past fifteen years, has quickly plunged us into the information revolution. The increased speed and availability of information requires us to handle more tasks and responsibilities and to respond faster — sometimes spontaneously — to demands. Managing My Life: Managing My Time leads us to better deal with these increased demands by helping us become more organized, effective, productive achievers.

The Managing My Life: Managing My Time workbook is a cost-effective, innovative, extremely user-friendly, self-study program, which helps users learn numerous tips and techniques for setting and prioritizing both work-related and personal goals and objectives. When combined with this 8-week Group Telecoaching Program you increase the likelihood of success.

The program is made up of two modules, described below

Module One: Understanding Our Time Management Habit will lead users to become more aware of:

1. The benefits of managing time more effectively.
2. The skills needed to better manage time.
3. How they spend their time at work and in their personal life.
4. How they sometimes waste time.

Module Two: Managing Our Time Effectively includes a wide range of tips and techniques to help users:

1. Improve their ability in setting goals and prioritizing their activities.
2. Organize themselves more effectively.
3. Determine better ways to manage their meetings and general interactions with others.
4. Minimize time wastage.

Here's What You Get:

• All classes are held on a telephone bridge (long distance charges will apply)
• Two 1-hour teleclasses per month for three months (total six sessions)
• Includes course handouts and/or workbooks for each class
• Email mentoring support from your Teleclass Coach
• Small class (3 - 8 students) to ensure you receive personal attention and ample opportunity to participate.
